The Taiwanese OEM finally arrived and its revamp from HTC, the HTC U Ultra and HTC U-Play has now launched in India. Both variants were made in a Nano dual-SIM with an expandable storage in a hybrid dual-SIM configuration.
HTC is also offering 1-year insurance for HTC U Ultra and HTC U Play that covers liquid damages and any physical damages to their devices. Anyone who'll buy with a Standard Charter Credit or at least debit cards can acquire for 7.5 percent cash back if they buy between the dates of March 6 and May 31, as claimed by the reports of News18.
One of the main features of these two variants; the HTC U Ultra and HTC U-Play is their newest Sense Comparison which is an AI-based system that determines the consumer's daily pattern and gives usage recommendations and friendly advice, like a Virtual Assistant. As for the HTC U Ultra, the Sense Comparison will array important notifications which are also called the Priority Screen. Both these devices were built with HTC U Sonic earphones that can determine the shape of the user's inner ears to adapt giving high definition sound waves.
Meanwhile, the HTC U-Play was made with a 4GB RAM plus an expandable 64GB storage, according to Digit. This device was built in a 5.2-inch-full-HD under 1080 x 1920 pixels Super LCD display with a Gorilla Glass. HTC U Play will be powered by an Octa-Core MediaTek Helio P10 SoC and also features a 16MP rear camera with an optical stabilization, BSI sensor, dual-tone LED flash, a f/2.0 aperture, and PDAF, its frontal camera was also made with an UltraPixel mode and has a 28mm focal length.
Both HTC U Ultra and HTC U-Play has connectivity options such as GPS/A-GPS, HTC Connect, USB 2.0 Type-C, Miracast, NFC, DLNA, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v4.2, and of course a 4G LTE with VoLTE. These new HTC smartphone carries an ambient light sensor, digital compass, and an accelerometer which measures 145.99x72.9x7.99mm and weights at 145 grams.
The HTC U-Play is powered by a 2500mAh battery while HTC U Ultra is powered by 3000mAh along with a fast charging support (5V/2A) that was proven too long last up to 427 hours of standby time. These devices will first to launch at India starting this March 6 that will be available at $895.05 for HTC U Ultra and $596.65 for HTC U-Play.
