Facial recognition features on the Samsung Galaxy S4 features functionalities such as smart scroll, smart rotation, smart pause and facial unlock. The face and video features enable the user to focus on the eyes and face areas of the head. Samsung’s Galaxy S4 has a front-facing camera to use within the Android smartphone.

The front-facing camera for Samsung Galaxy S4 also comes with smart stay where the screen dims. Users can also better conserve battery power and pause during the activities. Users can also enable smart rotation features. Smart rotation allows the user to see right side up while in a laying down position. The user can then pause in smart pause.
