Weka is an open source tool written in Java to make it easier for students and researchers around the world to try different machine learning algorithms on their own data. Wekaizing is a library for Processing that makes it easy for people with little or no background in Machine Learning to use Weka for their Generative Art projects. There are examples in the Google project go through the things that are implemented.

Weka can be applied to big data in mobile. Applying critical thinking to this data or to integrating the data takes awareness and that this is challenging when being applied. If the right questions are to be asked, it should be done with critical thinking, overcoming its initial fear based relevance that may tie into existing data. Listening, questions and knowledge is important. As more enterprise organizations begin to invest in big data, adapting and creating data driven cultures should be a key strategic involvement in day-to-day decision-making.
Managing big data as well interpreting the patterns whether it comes from structured or unstructured data sources. Today's organizations should know that there are also many new technologies such as mobility which are available to leverage. The continued growth of data and innovations in our industry bring opportunities to the organization which companies should take advantage.
Mobile, Social Media and Predictive Analytics which enables organizations to even more precisely measure internally but also measure its competitors and brands more accurately. Data Know-How should definitely be a requirement for any manager and big-data. Management should carefully be able to identify relevant data and decipher what data to use and what not to use. It has been apparent that technology is developing faster than management can leverage with decision making in the most timely manner. Being able to overcome challenges on both sides is very beneficial.
Weka algorithms can either be applied directly to a dataset or called from the developers own Java code. Weka contains tools for data pre-processing, classification, regression, clustering, association rules, and visualization. Waikato University describes Weka as well-suited for developing new machine learning schemes. Weka is open source software issued under the GNU General Public License.
