Firefox Now Preloaded for Select Android Phones

Mozilla now has pre-installation for select Android phones. The company announced Kobo Arc tablets and Gigabyte GSmart Simba SX1 smartphones will incorporate the Firefox browser preloaded. In efforts to extend browser influence to the mobile industry, Mozilla is looking to Google's Android browsers to leverage and raise more traffic. The preinstall will be implemented for this year. Firefox is available at Google Play compatible on Android 4.0 and higher.

The device will also support three-way calling  for Android users across its SIMs. The smartphone has a 21Mbps high speed connection and is expected to launch first in Russia, Ukraine, EEU, Belarus and Taiwan. The devices will then roll out entirely throughout the world by December 2013.
