OnePlus 3T News: The OnePlus 3T 128GB Is Not Discontinued Globally By Staff Reporter | May 10, 2017 03:01 AM EDT OnePlus's 2016 flagship killer OnePlus 3T hasn't yet been discontinued from global markets. Now that there are rumors of the upcoming OnePlus 5, there might be a chance that OnePlus pulls the phone out of sales. GSMArena earlier had reported that the OnePlus 3T might be pulled from sales according to a sales representative and the OnePlus India website, where the OnePlus 3T has been discontinued. However, there seems to be a slight mistake in the listing and OnePlus claims that the phone is just out of stock. According to a representative of OnePlus, sales are still going strong for the OnePlus 3 and the OnePlus 3T. Recently OnePlus has sold out the Midnight Black version of the OnePlus 3T 128GB and according to the company, everything seems to be on-track. For the Indian market, OnePlus would be restocking the units, and people would be able to buy the 128GB variant of the OnePlus 3T. For now, Indian counterparts for Amazon and OnePlus have the 64GB in stock. OnePlus is working hard to fill their inventory with the OnePlus 3T, even though the next OnePlus 5 is around the corner. According to recent leaks reported by BGR, there would be a marked difference between the OnePlus 3T and the OnePlus 5. Rumors have it that the OnePlus 5 would go mainstream and have two cameras at the back, a bezel-less display, and a larger battery. The phone would also be powered by a SnapDragon 835 SoC compared to the OnePlus 3T's SnapDragon 821 SoC. The OnePlus 5 would also get 8GB of RAM compared to 6GB for the OnePlus 3T. The 3T had a 13-percent larger battery than the OnePlus 3, and according to the leaks, the OnePlus 5 would be having a bigger battery and QuickCharge 3.0. Reports suggest that the upcoming phone might even be faster than the Galaxy S8
