Samsung Z4 Smartphone Details Known So Far, Tizen OS Expected To Be The Key Feature By Rida | May 02, 2017 04:00 PM EDT Samsung is expected to launch the Samsung Z4 smartphone soon. The smartphone is speculated to arrive with the company's homegrown Tizen operating system. The user manual of Tizen-based Samsung Z4 smartphone was spotted online on Samsung's own download center, which is the platform for the customers to get the product documentation. According to Android Headlines, the user manual of Tizen-based Samsung Z4 smartphone hints that the device will carry a model number SM-Z400F. The smartphone was found carrying the same model number on the Wi-Fi certificate received by the Wi-Fi Alliance in March. The Tizen-powered smartphone is also reported to have certified Federal Communications Commission (FCC) in the United States. The schematic diagram of the Samsung Z4 smartphone in the user manual suggests that it will sport a dual-LED flash setup on its back. The LED flash units are seen located at the sides of the camera lens. The loudspeaker is located right below the rear camera and the main antenna is placed on the bottom of its back panel. The front face of the smartphone carries a LED flash located in the top left corner and the selfie shooter located on the right corner. According to Phone Bunch, the Samsung Z4 smartphone is speculated to sport a 5-inch HD Super AMOLED display having a resolution of 1,280 pixels by 720 pixels. Under the hood, it is rumored to be powered by a quad-core 1.3 GHz processor coupled with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of onboard storage. The other features that are speculated to arrive in the smartphone is the Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi, a 3.5mm audio jack, GPS, MicroUSB 2.0 slot, an 8 MP rear camera, 5 MP front camera and a 2,050mAh battery. As per the Tizen developer's website, the Tizen 3.0 is reported to pack Khornos' Vulkan graphics API. This minimizes the overhead and reduces CPU load and the speedy open-source web runtime Crosswalk. Also, it is said to support 64-bit Intel and ARM CPUs, multiple users on a single device, voice commands via S Voice, facial detection and image recognition. The Samsung Tizen-based devices are currently being sold in the countries like India, Russia, China and other few regions.
