One of the hottest newly launched game in town is “Persona 5” which is sometimes compared with “Grand Theft Auto 5.” Released in early April, the game topped the UK chart of games during the second week of April. It dislodge “Mass Effect: Andromeda” which is down to fifth place. In second place is “Ghost Recon: Wildlands” and in third place is “Lego Worlds.”

The Telegraph reported that in fourth place is “Grand Theft Auto V” which is always in the chart’s Top 5 list since its release. Like “GTA 5” which also involves criminals, “Persona 5” is the one-year sty at the Shujin High School in Tokyo where the students moonlight as masked vigilantes. The game features turn-based combat combined with the complex social mores of a teenage high school.

VG247 notes that “Persona 5” players must masquerade as a regular high school student which means they need to get good grades. To help the players, the gaming website provided the answers to the April school answers, May school answers and midterms, June school answers, and July school answers and finals.

The British Daily says that critics love the combination. Based on its recent UK chart performance, gamers are bewitched by the dark and quirky aesthetic of “Persona 5.” Making up the Top 10 of the chart are “Fifa 17” in 6th place, “The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild” in 7th place, “Lego City Undercover” in 8th place, “Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare” in 9th place, and “Overwatch” in 10th place.

Forbes notes that reviews of “Persona 5” are glowing. Among games reviewed in 2017, the only game that has a higher rating on Metacritic is Nintendo Switch’s “The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.” It got 97/100, while “Persona 5” has a 94/100 rating, making it the second-best reviewed game of 2017. In 2012, “Persona 4 Golden” on the PS Vita got a rating of 93/100.

It is the same score that “Uncharted 4” and “Inside” received in 2016 which tied the two as the best-reviewed game in 2016. “Persona 5” and “The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild” beating the best games of 2016 is considered a feat since it is only the fourth month of 2017.
