The Chinese company that it was using memory chips of multiple specifications, a reason why the Huawei P10 or P10 Plus performance has been different for some. The differences from within the smartphone were not detailed though some singled out components such as the RAM chips and internal storage as likely targets, Android Authority reported.

The variance could cause a stir for the ones who have purchased a Huawei P10 and P10 Plus. However, it would b best to assess the phone overall if it does meet the user expectation standards. There will be some disparities for the eagle-eyed user.

One example is the use of LPDDR3 over an LDPDDR4 RAM. The latter makes use of the latest technology and will likely offer better performance, Engadget reported. There will be exceptions so a lot may depend on the mode of use by Huawei P10 or P10 Plus users.

Huawei cannot be entirely blamed since they did not delve into specifics. No false claims were done when they marketed the Huawei P10 and P10 Plus, the difference in components of which were likely situational.

As to the regions affected by the move, Huawei says that everything was done in random. This means it will be pretty tough to pinpoint which Huawei P10 or P10 Plus units were affected. Thus, it eliminates the concerns that some may have ended up being short-changed by the move.

Bottom line, just because there are differences in the components of the Huawei P10 and P10 Plus doesn’t mean one is superior over the other. Phone performance is still important, varying in consumer use.

Folks who beg to differ can always resort to selling the device and getting something more their ally. But if no glaring difference is present, why bother? It is a mentality that consumer electronics get carried away with but functionality should still overrule differences.
