128GB Variant Of Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro Recently Revealed On TENAA By Aboki Basira staff@droidreport.com | Apr 19, 2017 03:41 AM EDT Latest updates reveal that a new variant of the Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro has been spotted on TENAA. According to reports, 128GB variant of the Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro has recently been spotted online. Samsung announced the Galaxy C9 Pro -SM-C9000- in October 2016, and it was said to be the first smartphone from the developer to feature 6GB RAM. The Galaxy C9 Pro, which features 64GB internal storage expandable up to 256GB over microSD card slot, and runs on Android Marshmallow 6.0, was launched in India earlier this year and is priced at Rs 36,990. The device sports a 6-inch full HD 1080pixel Super AMOLED display paired with a 2.5D curved glass, a 16-megapixel rear camera sensor along with f/1.9 aperture, dual-tone LED flash, and facilitates Full HD video recording. According to BGR, the Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro has a 16-megapixel front-facing camera with f/1.9 aperture, a 4000mAh battery, and a fingerprint scanner that is integrated into the home button on the front of the device. The report also states that device also supports WiFi a/b/g/n/ac, USB Type-C port, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS/GLONASS, NFC, and dual-SIM supported by 4G LTE. The Galaxy C9 Pro is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 653 SoC coupled with Adreno 510 GPU and is available in gold, pink gold, and black color variants. But it seems that the developer has decided to dispense with the Pink color variant with new Galaxy C9 Pro (SM-C9008). It is reported that TENAA listing stated only black and gold color variants for the new device. According to GSMArena, the two devices have the same specifications and features except that the new model has 128GB of internal storage. It is believed that the device spotted is the new model of Galaxy C9 Pro as the developer reportedly announced in October last year that the device will likely have another variant with 128GB of internal storage. Recent reports state that the new device is most definitely the new variant of the C9 Pro, as both devices have the same specifications in terms of hardware, battery, screen size, RAM, and camera but just with the exception of internal storage. Although there is no official update from the developer with regards to the price and launch date of the new Galaxy C9 Pro, it is believed that the device will be more expensive compared to the 64GB variant. The increased storage might cause a huge price tag to be allocated to the new device. Read More: Development Of Official Spotify Apple Watch App Now Confirmed To Be Underway
