Reports are now claiming that Xiaomi Mi 6 will be officially released on April 19. And as its features and specifications appear, it may not only rival the newly released Samsung Galaxy S8 but will also beat it, most tech experts revealed. Reports from Gizbot suggest that the Xiaomi Mi 6 is set to carry a lower price tag compared to its competition which are the Samsung Galaxy S8 and Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus. Speculations also indicate the the upcoming smartphone is deemed to be one of the most affordable smartphone devices that will be powered by the mighty Qualcomm Snapdragon 835. Further reports claim that the Xiaomi Mi 6 will boast a 5.2-inch display with 2560 x 1440 pixel resolution. Other rumors suggest also that it should sport a dual camera with 5x Optical Zoom support. Moreover, it will include a 12-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 8 megapixel front shooter. Meanwhile, it has been revealed that the Xiaomi Mi 6's cameras will both support 4K video recording. It is tipped to have connectivity features such as Bluetooth, GPS, NFC, WiFi, Accelerometer, Gyroscope, Light Sensor and Proximity Sensors. In addition, it will run the Android 7.1.1 Nougat and should support a massive internal storage of up to 128GB. It will also include a 4000mAh battery which comes with Qualcomm's Quick Charge 4.0 technology for faster charging. As far as the price is concerned, Science Times reports that tha Xiaomi Mi 6 will most likely be cheaper compared to other smartphone devices. The Xiaomi Mi6 that carries a 4GB RAM with 64GB internal storage is reported to be priced at 2,199 Yuan. On the other hand, the variant with 4GB RAM and 128GB internal storage is speculated to come with a price tag of 2,599 Yuan.
