‘WWE 2K18’ Official Wishlist Begins: What Fans Want Next By Ajay Kadkol | Mar 31, 2017 03:28 PM EDT 2K's WWE Franchise has been a lot of success with more than 20 titles introduced so far. Now that "WWE 2K17" has been released on all platforms, WWE fans are already hoping for some changes for the upcoming sequel for 2018. As usual, the new title is expected to be released sometime in October this year. As of now, there's no precise information about a specific date for its release. With that said, their official Twitter feed has already begun asking the community for suggestions about potential inclusions for "WWE 2K18." A complete wish list for the same from Forbes reveals some unique features that the players would surely love having in the game. With numerous features possibly making it into the list of all inclusions for 2018, let's take a look at some of them. True Weight detection in "WWE 2K17," which the report claims to be present in every sequel barely works everywhere. It seems like a smaller guy cannot perform moves against someone bigger than him unless he's a superstar with a signature move. Open world wrestling is another feature that Forbes feels lacking in the present game. Combat in certain areas seems to be restricted which they believe shouldn't be the case. The report also claimed that commentary was arguably the worst part of the game which they hope to be changed for "WWE 2K18". Meanwhile, there was an open thread on 2K Forums where they were collecting feedback from the players for the existing game. The developers might open up another discussion thread for the upcoming game to make sure players' opinions are also considered by the development team. Meanwhile, "WWE 2K17" is currently half it's regular selling price, at $30 for those who are interested. Apart from that, Xbox Gold members can download it for free from the Xbox Store. It's currently offered free as part of Microsoft's promotion period.
