So what's new with the latest iOS 10.3? Here is a breakdown: One of the major problems that users were pointing out with regards to Apple's AirPods is the tendency of misplacing these $160 headphones. Now, Apple has developed a solution to that matter. If you lose your AirPods, the iOS 10.3 will allow the "Find my iPhone" app to locate your AirPods within range. You can command your AirPods to produce noise so that they'll be easier to find. The "Find My iPhone" app could also show you a map to where your AirPods are located. This is as long as your AirPods are connected to your phone. The iOS 10.3 enhanced Verizon's capability of Wi-Fi calling. Users are now able to make and receive calls through iCloud connected devices without routing the calls through your phone even if it's not connected to a Wi-Fi network, Forbes reported. When you use Siri on iOS 10.3, you are now able to pay bills, check payment statuses and schedule future rides on Uber. Siri can now also provide cricket scores and statuses. When you install iOS 10.3, the file system will be updated to Apple File System (APFS). It is important to make a backup of your files before updating. Maps app weather icon now includes a 3D touch to show hourly forecasts. HomeKit now also supports programmable light switches. CarPlay now has shortcuts for launching recently used apps. CarPlay's Map features no also shows EV charging stations locations. The iOS 10.3 will also set a unified view of your Apple ID account information, devices, and settings. This will show which devices are connected to your iCloud, App Store, iTunes and Family Sharing.
