The Xiaomi Mi 6 and its bigger brother, the Mi 6 Plus will be the flagship devices from Xiaomi for 2017. Meanwhile, they are planning to launch the new devices on Apr. 16, according to leaks from various sources. Going right into the details about the launch date and its pricing, details from GSMArena reveals that the phones shall be introduced to the market with a Snapdragon 835 processor from Qualcomm alongside 4GB RAM and also with a storage of 32GB of capacity. Both the phones sadly will only have an internal storage capacity and there are no added options for expandable storage through micro-SD cards. The Xiaomi Mi 6, on the other hand, is expected to be equipped with a slightly lower-end Snapdragon 821 chip. The pricing for the phones was apparently leaked on a Chinese daily tabloid revealing the price difference for both the models. The reports were covered on BGR revealing that the Xiaomi Mi 6 will incept at a price of €268 and will go up to a maximum amount of €362. The highest-end variant of the Mi 6 will have 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. Meanwhile, the better variant, the Xiaomi Mi 6 Plus will come at a starting price of €349 and will have 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. For those people looking out for better memory capacity and storage, the highest variant Mi 6 Plus is available at a price of €469 that is equipped with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. The Xiaomi Mi 6 comes in with a 5.15-inch IPS panel that has a display resolution of 1440p and also supports 3D touch features, skinned with Xiaomi's MIUI v8.0. Graphics department is powered by Adreno's 540 GPU chip alongside a USB Type-C port that helps in charging the device and transferring data from a desktop.
