"Pokemon GO" developers Niantic has announced another limited time event. This would give the gamers access to the water Pokemon. Through the New Water festival, the game trainers would discover water Pokemon in the wild.

The "Pokemon GO" New Water festival would start at 8 pm UK time on March 22, 2017. The creatures include Lapras, Totodile, Magikarp, Squirtle Forbes reported. Apart from this, gamers would also get the chance to unlock a Magikarp hat.

"Get ready to make some waves in Pokémon GO! There's a global Water Festival in progress, and Magikarp, Squirtle, Totodile, and friends are looking forward to celebrating with you!" "Starting today at 1 P.M. PDT, you'll be more likely to encounter Magikarp, Squirtle, Totodile, and their evolutions all around the world," mentioned a Niantic post.

The post further mentioned that as gamers move about exploring the Water-type Pokemon, they would have the opportunity to encounter several other water type Pokemon creatures in the Johto region. Along with this, gamers also have a chance of encountering Lapras.

According to Express, the latest update has come as gamers tried to bypass one of Niantic's gaming restrictions. Interestingly, one of the safety restrictions of the game, it becomes impossible for gamers to make a halt at PokeStops and gathering items when moving at speed of 30mph.

It has been designed to stop people playing "Pokemon GO" while they are driving. But it also hampers the game when the player is a passenger in the car. The Niantic safety warning mentioned that it is not advisable to play the game on their mobile app while driving.

However, a "Pokemon Go" fan has recently claimed that it is possible to collect items while driving by opening and closing in-game journals at PokeStops. The players have been advised not to use the trick while driving. Also, it is a good news for the players who are long commuters.
