Niantic designer David Hollin revealed why Trading in the famous reality game "Pokemon GO" was hounded by the delay in the Animation on Display (AOD) Convention conducted last March 19. He also delved into details about the upcoming futures the company is going to develop in the hit pocket monster game.

In the said convention, David Hollin said that Trading is a work in progress but the "Pokemon GO" creators are taking their"sweet time for its impending release. The Niantic technical artist also shared that the main reason behind the delay was bots and spoofers are rampant nowadays, which gave some jitters to the company.

Furthermore, the Niantic designer claimed that trading should be restricted between two people standing next to one another, taking a page from the book of Gameboy trading where the same procedure was performed back to its golden days. This was only the idea of David Hollin about "Pokemon GO" trading, which also gave a testament that the firm was mining other ideas about the matter.

But what was exciting about David Hollin's talk is that he also gave details about the future plans regarding the development of "Pokemon GO". He stressed that Niantic is recently co-working with Apple to create something that will count the user's steps while they are having indoor exercises. The purpose of which was to walk users' eggs without going outside their houses.

David Hollin was really on a mission to improve the features of "Pokemon GO" as he discussed that Niantic has already dished out a plan on working about Gym Battles, something that the fans have been clamoring since the game was released. Another notable plan was to bring more weather-related spawns. Stay tuned to DroidReport for more tech news!
