The US, Canada launch date revealed The word out is that U.S. and Canadian mobile carriers will launch the LG G6 on April 7. The date on the tweeted picture is singled out as the leak for the launch date of the LG G6. While some may have reservations, looking down Evan Blass’ track record shows he has been spot-on so far. According to Mobile Syrup, pre-orders for the LG G6 will start March 15 over in Canada. Ten carriers will offer the much-awaited flagship. The list includes Bell, Eastlink, Fido, Freedom Mobile and Koodo Mobile among others. There is no word yet on pricing though all that of which is expected to be revealed once the pre-orders start rolling. LG G6 features to expect There are certain concerns right now for the LG G6. For Canadian customers, there are questions such as LTE-connectivity and wireless charging features. There will be differences between the US and Canada versions in this aspect with the rest likely to be the same. Among the features of the LG G6 include a Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 SoC, 4 GB of RAM, 32 GB of internal storage, a dual 13 MP main camera and a 3,300 mAh battery. For the ones particular about the shade of the LG G6, the Mystic White color variant will reportedly not come out in US shores, GSM Arena reported. Hence, the only color variations of the LG G6 in the US will be the Ice Platinum and Astro Black.
