‘Diablo 3’ Latest News & Update: Blizzard Confirms Season 10 Releases On March 31 By Vittorio Hernandez | Mar 14, 2017 08:35 AM EDT After Blizzard Entertainment announced the end of Season 9 on March 17 at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PDT, the game developer said “Diablo 3” Season 10 would begin on March 31, also at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PDT. But it did not state how long Season 10 would last. What is sure is that Season 9 leaderboards would be wiped out and rewards rolled over to normal, non-seasonal characters. Two Other Continents. But those are North America schedules only. Since the game is popular in other regions, Blizzard also released dates for two other continents. Season 9 would end on March 17 at 5 p.m. CET in Europe and 5 p.m. KST in Asia and begin also at the same times on March 31. Player of “Diablo 3” would have a chance to get brand new gear, gold as in-game currency and Paragon levels, Mic reports. According to Telegiz, a season usually lasts three months to give players an opportunity to fight for a spot on the leaderboards. Gamers, however, have the option to participate in a season as a solo player or with a group. Besides the start of “Diablo 3” Season 10, the Blizzard game would also have access to a new class, Necromancer, although there is no official release date for it yet. New Appearances. The website adds that before the start of “Diablo 3” Season 10, players who reach level 70 on a hero before Season 9 ends would have an exclusive chest and gloves transmogrification appearances. The two appearances would be accessible for seasonal and non-seasonal heroes before Season 9 wraps up. Players could also acquire an exclusive pet and new portrait frames to mark the seasonal run. At Blizzcon 10, the game developer adds that when “Diablo 3” Season 10 starts, it would be the debut of seasons on Xbox One and PlayStation 4, Heavy reports.
