Its edgeless screen surprised consumers who did not expect the Chinese phone maker to come up with such a high-tech design. The current model sports a Snapdragon 821 chipset. The smartphone has 6GB RAM, 256GB storage and features 18K gold rims around the fingerprint sensor and the camera.

The price cut of $100 for the Xiaomi Mi Mix 18K is a promotional sale from March 7 through March 15. But the phone is only being sold in China, The Android Soul notes.
