'Battlefield 1: They Shall Not Pass' DLC Trailer & Release Date Revealed, Hinting Mid-March Launch By Harsh Soni | Mar 03, 2017 10:45 AM EST EA has announced that "They Shall Not Pass," which is the first expansion for the First World War shooter "Battlefield 1," will be available on March 14 for Premium Pass holders and two weeks later for everyone remaining. There is also a new trailer launched that showcases the fearsome, battle-hardened soldiers of the French Army, who are joining the fight. The latest "Battlefield 1" expansion adds four new maps to the game, the Char 2C super-heavy tank and St. Chamond assault tank, the Trench Raider Elite Class, and the Siege Howitzer stationary weapon, as per PC Gamer. Also on tap are two new operations, which areDevil's Anvil and Beyond the Marne, and a new game mode, Frontlines, "a mix of Conquest and Rush as you fight for chained control points in a tug-of-war frontline." According to Game Spot, three more expansions are also coming to "Battlefield 1," which are "In the Name of the Tsar," "Turning Tides," and "Apocalypse." You can get all of these with the Premium pass, however, the release dates have not been announced yet. "They Shall Not Pass" is the first of "Battlefield's" four-part Premium Pass. The remaining expansions, which will include trips to Belgium, Russia, Turkey, and beyond, were already revealed. "They Shall Not Pass" also comes with two new Operations, as well as the new Frontlines mode. "They Shall Not Pass" will be available on March 14 for people who own the $50 "Battlefield 1" Premium Pass before being made available for everyone to buy two weeks later, which is scheduled on March 28.
