The company last Thursday announced that Ivy Ross, who has experience at Coach, Disney, Mattel, Calvin Klein and more to lead the wearable-computer unit. She previously had a design role at Bausch & Lomb. According to WSJ, Rossâs appointment was previously reported on TechCrunch, which was also reporting that Glass engineer Adrian Wong was leaving to join Oculus VR. Ross introduced herself to the Glass early adopters in a message on the companyâs social network.According to eMarketer, â Google gains 33% of revenue in the worldwide advertising market this year, up from 31% last year.
