Below is a highlighted list of some of the featured Android phones:Acer Cloud MobileThe Acer Cloud Mobile is a sleek black Android touchscreen handset with a business-like design and a 4.3-inch screen, 1.5GHz dual-core processor and NFC. The Cloud Mobile, which has also been referred to as the Acer S500, ships with Android 4 and supports the new Acer Cloud personal cloud storage system that is also being built into Acer PCs. The device, which recently scooped an iF product design award, was revealed in February 2012 and became available in November. The Acer Cloud Mobile is available SIM-free at around £250. Acer Liquid GlowThe Acer Liquid Glow is an Android 4 smartphone with a 3.7-inch screen and a 5-megapixel camera. The handset's external design features curves, chrome details and a soft-touch casing and is available in black, white, and a pastel pink. Users can take advantage of Android Beam to share contacts, songs and pictures with other NFC smartphones. The Liquid Glow was announced in February 2012 and became available in the second quarter of the year.G.2 N800Chinese handset manufacturer OiiA Technology launched the G.To N800 Android smartphone with NFC. LG Optimus LTEThe LG Optimus LTE, also known by the model number LG LU6200, is a high-end Android smartphone which boasts a 4.5-inch HD screen, LTE and NFC. The handset is available in South Korea from the U+ network. LG ViperLG has announced the LG Viper, which offers NFC and Google Wallet functionality on the Sprint network in the US, a 4-inch 800 by 480 pixel screen, 5MP camera and 1.2GHz processor.HTC Desire COfficially announced in May 2012, the HTC Desire C is a budget Android 4.0 smartphone which features a 3.5-inch touch screen, 5MP camera and NFC functionality â although HTC warns that NFC availability depends on mobile operator and location. The device is aimed as an entry-level NFC handset with HTC saying the Desire C "keeps pace with new mobile services as they become available" and users will be able to "make payments or access information and offers." HTC will also provide 25GB of free Dropbox storage for two years. HTC RubyThe HTC Ruby, also known as the HTC Amaze 4G, is a high-end Android device and the first NFC phone from the Taiwanese manufacturer. It became available in October 2011 from T-Mobile in the US. The industry had long been expecting the arrival of an NFC phone from the company in the third quarter of 2011. MasterCard has certified the HTC Amaze 4G running Android 4 on T-Mobile for use with Isis.Samsung Galaxy S AdvanceThe Samsung Galaxy S Advance features a 4-inch super Amoled screen, 1GHz processor, NFC and Android 2.3. Samsung showed the mid-range smartphone at Mobile World Congress in March 2012.
