HTC One Android 4.3 Jelly Bean Update Delay: October 21 Given As New Date For T-Mobile Flagship Users [REPORT] By Ajay Kumar | Oct 18, 2013 05:18 PM EDT The HTC One Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update has been delayed again by several more days till Monday October 21. HTCâs Jason Mackenzie had earlier tweeted that the long awaited OS update would be skipping Android 4.2 and going straight to Android 4.3 Jelly Bean for the HTC One.
