Video enabled robots can even play major roles in the coming years, from healthcare to the office. Successful integration of robots into the human work force requires systems that can execute simple reasoning quickly and efficiently. Systems should be able to create problem solving tasks, which will aide in the office.

VGo's robots are already making a difference in the lives of medically homebound students. Cancer and other serious medical conditions can leave kids bound to their homes or hospitals, unable to attend class. VGo's robots are changing that and allowing kids to attend school from wherever they are located, in real time.

Some are predicting for robots enter the mainstream in the future. Today's robot has cameras, video, microphones, speakers and are built with a display. The devices are built on platforms. Challenges still arise with functionality limitations. As business requirements change over time issues have to be aligned. Having the right IT infrastructure plan that meets business requirements is an investment. Its crucial that plans are executed as mistakes can be costly.

Robotics in this field can cost up to thousands of dollars. There are manufacturers such as Double Robotics who are looking for cost saving ways and to better leverage the potential for robotic consumer technologies. Developing  robots that integrate with Android tablets for video conferencing is one main area they are focused on. Through video conference and robotics and virtual worker can attend meetings and even interact in real time with colleagues.

"ALICE" is a virtual telepresence receptionist robot and fast app that solves the issue of just having one person with one job function versus having a person with multiple job functions and are able to save money in the process. Known as a competitor of Siri, both Android enabled robots are based on Google offer innovative capabilities.

A lot can interfere with the adoption of videoconferencing. It can be highly technical to basic and with any new technology, there is always the adoption curve to overcome. Cost and cost reduction is always a factor in market. Being able to conference from anywhere is still desired amongst business executives. Strengthening the quality of videoconferencing and overall costs are important.

Emergence within the holographic industry could also indicate planning ahead for improving communications. Adapting to the technologies as this industry grows are some of the areas executives and organisations should keep in mindset. New and fresh technologies will be the contributing factors to Android enabled robotics. Thanks to the future entrepreneurs and innovators which may contribute to improvements in speed as a key area for new adoptions.  We are curious how far the envelope will get pushed as virtual expert systems and Android robotics advance in the near future.
